Vortice has launched a new self-supporting centrifugal cabinet fan ideal for commercial applications where high volumes of air need to be moved.

The product is aimed at small supermarkets, convenience stores, schools and offices and is available in a choice of 16 different models, all carefully designed for specific applications.

Accousticly lined, the Vort QBK range is particularly quiet running, it has zinc coated or aluminium self supporting cabinets sandwiched with soundproofing.  

Designed for ducted applications this is a double inlet fan, with forward curved blade, directly coupled to an AC Motor, single or three speed and available for single or three phase supply.

Project Manager Ken Jones said: “This is a fantastic product, with an operating temperature between -20 degrees and +70 degrees and flow rates up to 8000 m3/h.
