Eaton’s Electrical Sector has announced that its versatile xEnergy modular switchboard system has been verified by testing as fully meeting the requirements of BS EN 61439-1 and BS EN 61439-2, the new UK standards for low voltage switchgear assemblies, which were published in January 2010.

Harland Simon offer a full range of mechanical, make before break, single phase and three phase rotary bypass switches.  Most are manufactured in steel enclosures but the smaller 20A single phase have an option to be supplied in a plastic enclosure for mounting in end users own panels.

Furthermore the company erected an automated logistics center and a new customer information center. With more than 1000 employees Siemens produces over 70,000 gas-insulated switchgear panels for medium-voltage switchgear annually for more than 85 countries around the globe.
