intellieheat logoSocial housing providers looking to upgrade electric central heating systems can take advantage of a new service designed to support them through the process and ensure the most suitable systems are installed.

Launched by specialist electric heating manufacturer Intelli Heat, the Total Care Package aims to ensure that landlords and tenants get the most suitable and economic heating system possible. Full technical support, tariff advice and changeover, installation training for preferred contractors and heating system training for tenants is included within the plan.

“Our new scheme is specifically designed to meet the needs of landlords and tenants, ensuring that both are completely satisfied with their new electric heating system,” said Intelli heat managing director Salvatore Cirasuolo. “We carry out a property audit in order to draw up a comprehensive heating plan and quotation and are constantly on hand to liaise with estate management, tenant liaison officers and contractors throughout the installation and commissioning. Once the Intelli Heat system is up and running we maintain contact to ensure it is delivering trouble free, energy efficient heating.”

Intelli Heat has a range of electric radiators and control systems suitable for use within social housing environments and can install them if required. For tenanted properties its ZoneRay programming and control system can split homes into zones and control them individually on a pre-set seven day schedule. For assisted housing it recommends its IntellyGreen energy management solution, which allows central and wireless programming of individual radiators or zones. This system also monitors energy consumption and running costs, allowing landlords or energy managers to identify potential cost savings. For large multi-occupancy accommodation IntellyGreen PC may be the preferred option, allowing control of a wide range of electrical devices, including radiators, remotely via software installed on a PC.

All these systems are also suitable for a wide range of applications, including student accommodation, educational and healthcare facilities etc.
