TrajexiaThe Trajexia family of motion controllers has a new member. The TJ2 MC64 enables the user to control up to 64 axes of motion in just 1msec.

What is Trajexia?
Trajexia is Omron’s motion platform, and offers a high performance controller able to control not only servo, but inverters and I/O.
 - Freedom to communicate – As well as the built in Ethernet, options are available for DeviceNet and Profibus DP.
 - Freedom to control – Trajexia offers multi axes control via a dedicated motion network with independent position, speed or torque control for each axes.
 - Freedom to build – As well as servo axes, inverter and I/O can also be controlled.

The standalone versions provide complete flexibility to the user. Choose the CPU to suit the application in terms of axes number, select the communications option if necessary and choose the axes to be controlled - it's that easy.

There is also a PLC based Trajexia motion controller, providing up to 30 axes of control, again a mixture of servo, inverter and I/O. An encoder interface and additional digital I/O are also provided on the module.

All Trajexia controllers are programmed using the same PC package called CX Motion Pro, part of the CX One suite of software.

The new MC64 will control up to 64 axes and has a new processor architecture, meaning faster program execution times. In addition, EtherNet/IP is standard.
